Jordan Ashford may have just made one of the most dangerous wishes possible on General Hospital. After everything that has happened, she admitted to Anna that she still hopes she and Curtis can find a “fresh start” once the trial is behind them. It sounded hopeful. It sounded romantic. It also sounded exactly like the kind of promise GH makes right before dropping a bombshell that changes everything.
Because what happens if Curtis and Jordan have been wrong about Isaiah all along?
There is still one major question hanging over the accident storyline: Isaiah’s timeline. For months, there have been reasons to wonder whether his connection to Lulu and Rocco could provide the missing piece that changes how everyone sees what happened. If Isaiah was helping Rocco during the critical window surrounding the accident, then that timeline could become far more important than anyone originally realized.
And Lulu may be the person capable of blowing the entire story apart.
Imagine the trial reaching what everyone believes is its conclusion. Curtis thinks the worst is almost behind him. Jordan begins thinking seriously about the future she described to Anna. Then Lulu realizes she cannot remain silent any longer. Whether she comes forward herself or Molly discovers the missing timeline while reviewing the evidence, one statement could suddenly force everyone to reconsider Isaiah’s role in the accident.
That is where Molly could become the key to the entire twist.
Molly has every reason to examine the facts carefully, and one overlooked witness statement, phone record, timestamp, or detail involving Rocco could be enough to expose a massive inconsistency. If the timeline places Isaiah somewhere else when he would have needed to be connected to the crash, the suspicion surrounding him could collapse almost instantly.
And suddenly, Isaiah would no longer be the man being forced to explain himself.
Curtis would.
That could become especially explosive because Curtis has already admitted to attacking Isaiah. His anger was real, and so were the consequences. But if new evidence ultimately clears Isaiah of the suspicion that helped fuel that rage, Curtis would be forced to confront an ugly possibility: he may have allowed guilt, jealousy, fear, and anger to turn Isaiah into a convenient target.
Jordan would then face an equally painful choice.
Does she continue defending Curtis because she wants their relationship back, or does she accept what the evidence is telling her?
This is where GH could deliver the line that destroys Curtis and Jordan’s “fresh start” before it even begins.
“No. We were wrong.”
Jordan saying those words to Curtis would completely reverse the emotional power between them. Curtis could insist that Isaiah still made mistakes or argue that the situation was more complicated than it appears. But Jordan may finally refuse to let him hide behind excuses. If Isaiah was wrongly blamed, then someone needs to admit it.
And Curtis may need to apologize.
That could actually become the beginning of a powerful redemption story for him. Curtis does not need another easy escape. He needs a moment where he is forced to look Isaiah in the eye and acknowledge that his rage crossed a line. The strongest payoff would not simply be Isaiah being cleared. It would be Curtis finally understanding what his anger has cost him.
But that realization could cost Curtis something else too: Jordan.
Jordan’s conversation with Anna may have deliberately raised expectations for reconciliation so the writers can tear them down. She believes there could still be a future with Curtis after the trial, but Isaiah’s possible exoneration could become the ultimate test of whether Curtis has actually changed. If Curtis refuses to accept responsibility even after new evidence emerges, Jordan may begin questioning whether the man she wants back truly deserves that second chance.
And Isaiah’s innocence could open an even bigger mystery.
Because clearing Isaiah would not necessarily end the accident storyline. It could restart it.
If Isaiah was not responsible for what happened, then who was? Why has his timeline remained such a potentially important unanswered question? Could Lulu’s knowledge about Rocco expose another secret nobody has considered? And could Molly discover that everyone has been looking in the wrong direction from the beginning?
That would be the perfect GH twist.
Curtis thinks the trial is finally ending. Jordan thinks she is about to get her fresh start. Isaiah thinks he may finally be able to move forward.
Then one missing piece of evidence lands on the table.
Isaiah was telling the truth.
Curtis was wrong.
And Jordan suddenly has to decide whether she still wants a future with the man who may have blamed the wrong person all along.
The trial may be ending — but the real reckoning could only be beginning.
