Then Naomi becomes the piece Hayley never anticipated. Naomi begins experiencing mild symptoms, prompting doctors to investigate further. The final scene cuts back to Hayley sitting inside the police vehicle. Instead of looking defeated, she smiles. Bill may have exposed her and ended her game in Fairmont Crest, but Hayley has planted one final bomb inside his family. And if the name on that USB is real, her arrest may not be the end of the story at all.
