Willow Cain may soon find herself trapped in a devastating scandal that could turn Port Charles against her overnight.
General Hospital spoilers hint that Willow is about to become the prime suspect in a shocking hit-and-run cover-up involving Jordan Ashford and Curtis Ashford’s horrific car accident. Although Willow maintains her innocence, mounting evidence may soon make it appear that she fled the scene after the crash.
The scheme reportedly begins with Brook Lynn Quartermaine, who appears determined to push Willow out of Harrison Chase’s life once and for all. Brook Lynn may have discovered the perfect way to accomplish that goal when she realizes that Willow drives a black SUV—the same type of vehicle allegedly seen near the accident site.

To make matters even worse, spoilers suggest Brick could secretly tamper with Willow’s GPS records, placing her on Route 91 at the exact moment Jordan and Curtis were involved in the devastating crash. If that evidence surfaces, Willow’s situation could quickly become dire.
Lucy Coe is also expected to play a crucial role in Brook Lynn’s plan, although she may not fully grasp the damage she’s helping to cause. During a visit to the PCPD, Lucy reportedly tells Detective Joe Fitzpatrick that she saw Willow at the Quartermaine mansion on the night of the accident.
According to Lucy, Willow had stopped by the estate to visit her children and appeared emotionally overwhelmed because of her ongoing tension with Michael Corinthos. Lucy further points out that Willow’s troubled history—including previous allegations that she shot her husband—could suggest that Willow might have panicked and concealed the truth if she had been involved in the accident.
When Detective Fitzpatrick questions why Lucy waited months to come forward, she explains that she only recently realized that both she and Willow had been at the Quartermaine estate on the same evening as the crash. After Lucy leaves the station, Joe reportedly begins digging deeper to determine whether Willow can prove where she was that night.
Meanwhile, Chase eventually learns that investigators are focusing on Willow as a suspect. After leaving the PCPD, he immediately heads out to warn her about the growing accusations.
Later, Lucy meets with Brook Lynn and confirms that everything went exactly as planned with Detective Fitzpatrick. Although Brook Lynn admits she wishes she didn’t have to pin the accident on Willow in order to drive her away from Chase, she also confesses that she’s grateful for Lucy’s assistance.

Ironically, Brook Lynn’s revenge plot could end up producing the exact opposite result she intended. Chase has reportedly been trying to establish healthier boundaries and devote more attention to his marriage during the week of June 22-26. However, once Willow finds herself facing serious legal trouble, he may be unable to stand aside.
Even if ADA Justine Turner warns Chase not to involve himself in another Willow-related crisis, history suggests he won’t ignore someone he cares about. As accusations intensify, a devastated Willow is expected to turn to Chase for help, insisting that she never abandoned Jordan and Curtis on Route 91.

With pressure mounting from every direction, Willow may soon realize she needs legal protection. Spoilers indicate that Alexis Davis will be called to the police station on June 25, potentially setting the stage for Willow to retain Alexis as her attorney.
At the same time, Chase could launch his own investigation in hopes of proving Willow was framed. If he eventually uncovers Brook Lynn’s role in the setup, the revelation could shatter their relationship and trigger explosive consequences that neither of them saw coming.
Will the truth be exposed before Willow loses everything, or will Brook Lynn’s revenge campaign leave permanent scars that can never be repaired? One thing is certain—Port Charles is heading toward another dramatic showdown.
