There is one important distinction, however. Cameron Mathison’s departure from General Hospital has not been publicly confirmed. Previous exit rumors have circulated before, and speculation should not be confused with an official announcement. What makes the question interesting now is the storyline itself: Drew’s marriage, political life and family connections are all approaching possible breaking points at the same time.
So is General Hospital simply blowing up Drew Cain’s world to begin another chapter?
