General Hospital has spent weeks making viewers wonder who is secretly watching Trina Robinson, but the biggest clue may not come from the mysterious photo board at all. It could come straight out of Simon’s mouth. One careless comment could expose that Simon knows far more about Trina’s obsessed watcher than he has ever admitted—and point toward a person Trina believes she lost forever.
