JOEY FREEZES VANESSA’S CARJACKING FOOTAGE — ANDRE WAS THERE BEFORE THE ATTACK, AND ONE MISSING MINUTE CHANGES EVERYTHING!

Vanessa’s terrifying carjacking may have looked like a sudden attack, but Joey Armstrong has every reason to believe someone planned the entire thing. The fire scare, the emergency call, the smoke and the perfectly timed distraction pulled Vanessa’s protection away at exactly the wrong moment. Now, one piece of traffic-camera footage could blow the whole setup apart — because Andre Richardson may have been near the scene before Vanessa was ever attacked.

Joey already knows something about the story doesn’t add up. Vanessa wasn’t supposed to be alone without someone keeping an eye on her. Yet somehow, the attacker found a tiny window when her protection was distracted and struck almost immediately. That kind of timing is difficult to dismiss as coincidence, especially for a man like Joey, who understands exactly how carefully an operation can be planned.

That could push Joey to demand every available camera recording from the area surrounding the condo showing. Instead of looking only at the moment Vanessa’s vehicle disappears, Joey could order his people to rewind the footage and reconstruct what happened in the minutes leading up to the attack. That is where the first disturbing clue could emerge.

A vehicle may have been waiting nearby before the supposed emergency ever began.

If Joey discovers that someone was already watching the area before the fire distraction, it changes everything. The carjacker didn’t simply spot Vanessa and seize an opportunity. Someone knew where she would be, knew she had protection and apparently knew exactly how to pull that protection away. Suddenly, Joey isn’t just looking for the person who grabbed Vanessa. He is looking for whoever knew his security arrangement.

But the biggest shock could come when Joey freezes another frame.

Andre is there.

Andre finding Vanessa after the attack was already an interesting coincidence. He explained that he saw the carjacker driving away and came across Vanessa in the aftermath. However, if traffic or nearby surveillance footage places Andre in the area several minutes earlier than Joey expects, one simple question could change the entire investigation: What was Andre doing there before the attack happened?

That does not automatically make Andre guilty. In fact, there is another possibility that may be far more dangerous.

Andre knows exactly how frightening Heather can be.

He has already carried information about Heather that was serious enough to bring to Joey, including disturbing video evidence connected to her past behavior. Andre’s fear of what Heather might do has also placed Dani at the center of his concerns. If Heather wanted to send Andre a message, Vanessa could have been the perfect demonstration.

Touch someone Joey loves.

Make sure Andre sees the aftermath.

Then leave Andre wondering whether Dani could be next.

That possibility would turn Vanessa’s carjacking into something much bigger than revenge over a rejected friendship. Heather may not simply be angry because Vanessa refused to spend time with her. If Heather orchestrated the attack, she could have been sending two warnings at once — one to Joey and another to Andre.

For Joey, the message would be brutally personal. He warned Heather that Vanessa was off-limits. Hurting Vanessa would be Heather’s way of showing her brother that his rules mean nothing to her.

For Andre, the message could be even more chilling. He knows things Heather may desperately want buried. If he was deliberately positioned close enough to witness what happened to Vanessa, Heather wouldn’t need to threaten Dani directly. She would only need Andre to understand the implication.

There is still another possibility Joey cannot ignore.

What if Heather is supposed to look guilty?

Everything points toward her almost too perfectly. Vanessa rejected her. Joey warned her. Heather has a motive, a dangerous reputation and an obvious reason to challenge her brother. If someone else wanted Joey focused on Heather, Vanessa’s attack would be an almost perfect way to start a war between them.

That makes the surveillance footage even more important.

Joey may start watching it expecting confirmation that Heather crossed the line. Instead, he could discover that someone knew far too much about his security operation — and Andre’s unexplained presence may be only the first crack in a much larger setup.

One frozen frame won’t prove Andre betrayed anyone.

But it could prove Vanessa’s attack began long before the carjacker touched her.

And once Joey realizes someone was already in position before the distractions started, his most dangerous question won’t be whether Heather wanted Vanessa hurt.

It will be who knew exactly where everyone would be when it happened.
