Right now, Tyrell sees his sister’s reaction as anger over old Cotillion drama. But Samantha may understand the danger before he does. If Chessy has another reason for getting this close to Tyrell — or if someone in her family begins using the romance for their own purposes — Samantha could become the first person to uncover it.
That would make Tyrell’s eventual realization brutal.
He ignored his sister. He brought her former rival into the family home. He allowed a rebound to become a relationship. And by the time he finally tries to end it, the decision may no longer belong entirely to him.
Tyrell wanted to move on from Jessica.
