And why does the bottle appear in a place where Joy supposedly cannot move around without assistance?
Bonnie remembers the uncomfortable conversation she recently had with Joy about Alex. Her pointed observation that someone misses Kelsey’s daddy—and that someone isn’t Kelsey—was no innocent remark. Bonnie has already recognized Joy’s emotional attachment to Alex, and she suspects the young mother is using her daughter to maintain a connection with him.

Meanwhile, Stephanie Johnson is growing increasingly frustrated.
