This may not be about stealing Michael at all. It could be about taking back Wiley.
Drugging Willow would make horrifying sense as the first step. Jacinda would not need Willow dead. She would need Willow alive, frightened, confused, and appearing dangerously unstable. If Willow loses control while caring for Wiley and Amelia, even one frightening incident could be enough to make everyone question whether she should be alone with the children. Suddenly, Willow would go from protective mother to potential danger in Michael’s eyes.
That is where Jacinda’s plan could become truly cruel. Michael might believe he is protecting his children by limiting Willow’s access to them, especially if the evidence appears undeniable. But by pushing Willow away, Michael could unknowingly create the exact opening Jacinda needs. She could become his support system, help with Wiley and Amelia, and slowly establish herself as someone the children trust. Michael could effectively invite Jacinda into Wiley’s life without realizing what he is doing.
And that would bring GH frighteningly close to repeating the baby-switch nightmare.
Wiley’s history has always been inseparable from Nelle and Willow. The boy everyone now knows as Wiley is actually Jonah Corinthos, the biological son of Michael and Nelle. Willow’s biological son with Shiloh died, and Jonah was ultimately raised under the identity of Wiley before the baby-switch truth finally exploded. Willow’s relationship with Wiley was therefore born from an unimaginable tragedy — one with Nelle standing at the center of it.
If Jacinda really has a connection to Nelle, GH could now reverse that entire history. Instead of Willow unknowingly becoming mother to Nelle’s child, Jacinda could deliberately attempt to push Willow out and reclaim a place beside Wiley. The symmetry would be almost too perfect to ignore.
Willow may be the first person to sense something is wrong.
As Jacinda spends more time around Wiley, she could accidentally reveal information she should never possess. Perhaps she mentions a detail from the original baby-switch case, something about Jonah’s medical history, Brad, or an object connected to the child’s earliest days. It might seem insignificant to Michael, but Willow lived through that nightmare. She would immediately understand the significance of what Jacinda just said.
Then comes the chilling question: How does Jacinda know that?

Instead of continuing to argue with Michael, Willow may secretly reopen the past. She could dig through old hospital records, medical files, baby-switch evidence, and anything remaining from the Jonah investigation. Somewhere inside that history could be the mistake Jacinda never expected anyone to find.
And GH would not necessarily need an immediate DNA test to deliver the bombshell.
The strongest reveal could come from something only Nelle would know — a forgotten medical detail, an old possession, or information shared between Nelle and Brad during the original deception. Willow could finally connect that evidence to something Jacinda said or did and reach a conclusion almost too horrifying to believe.
Jacinda may not be trying to steal Michael from Willow.
She may be coming for Nelle’s son.
By the time Michael realizes Willow was telling the truth, the damage could already be done. He may have pushed Willow away, trusted Jacinda, and allowed her to become part of Wiley’s daily life. His attempt to protect his son could become the very decision that placed Wiley directly within Jacinda’s reach.
Of course, the biggest missing piece remains enormous: there is currently no confirmation that Jacinda is secretly Nelle. But as a fan theory, the parallels create a potentially explosive path for GH.
